2/11/07 - Will you be in Davis on Valentine's day?  GO TO THE LOST IN ZOMBIEVILLE PREMIERE!  Loads of fun, we will debut the DVD, revealing all extra features and also easter-eggs.  8pm at the Sciences Lecture Hall - CLICK HERE TO SEE THE FLYER.

1/31/07 - I'm pleased to say that Bar Union, a story I'm producing with director Antoine Le has been revived with an excellent new script draft.

1/29/07 - Thanks to John Iacovelli I got a job as a production assistant for a reality TV series on FOX called "Hell's Kitchen".  I'm excited to see how everything is done and I'm meeting a great bunch of people on set.

1/20/07 - My new Youtube Page is up with just about all my films!  I am now credited on the site as a director.  So far, the most popular of my films is Genre Lengerie, second being Noir Cigs. 

12/4/06 - Lost in Zombieville is in the California Aggie Newspaper!  It got front page with a picture of the lead character covered in blood.  Read the Article HERE online.

11/25/06 - "Waiting for the 93", my short about 6 strangers waiting at a bus stop, is now on youtube for your enjoyment!  CLICK HERE TO WATCH IT.  I have other movies up there too - under my username: mattbrewbaker.

11/4/06 - Lost in Zombieville website is now up and running!  I am currently editing the 5 minute "Production Diaries" that are happening in the "sneak previews" section check it out here at LostinZombieville.com!

9/23/06 - My biochemistry instructional video "Demystifying SDS-PAGE" is done!  Visit its website at www.sdspage.net.

8/30/06 - Zombieville has a complete picture and sound edit!  Still to finish: one more special effect by Justin Chandra (see "Other Filmmakers" section), music recording and credit rendering by Adrian Ortiz. 

7/12/06 - So I might spend a little time redesigning this website.  I want to go for an "urban" theme.  A theme I've come to love from working on EL ANGEL BUENO.  Please check out the new "sabretuth" logo HERE and tell me what you think.

7/8/06 - Comic-Con is coming up soon.  I have a secret comic book project called EL ANGEL BUENO.  The project is in development and has a dream for feature film adaptation.  With artistry by Patrick Petersen.


7/1/06 - We got permission from UC Davis Communications Board to use the "UC DAVIS" logo on the tower in THE GREAT TOWER INCIDENT.  Yay!


6/23/06 - DEMYSTIFYING SDS-PAGE: A SCIENCE LAB INSTRUCTION has wrapped production.  Now, onto editing.


6/18/06 - So now I'm graduated and I'm looking for an assistant editing position to start soon (late June / early July).  I have updated my resume - check it out HERE.


6/10/06 - THE GREAT TOWER INCIDENT is fully effected and premiered at the UCD film festival with very good reception.  Now I'm pursuing the legal rights to keep the UC Davis logo on the tower


5/30/06 - LOST IN ZOMBIEVILLE has a complete picture edit!  Now the long process of sound editing and visual effects.  Applaud to the post production team still working on the film: Sal Morales for working on the score, Brian Turner for post-production sound, Justin Chandra for visual effects and Adrian Ortiz for agreeing to do the 3D credit sequence.


5/13/06 - DEMYSTIFYING SDS-PAGE: A SCIENCE LAB INSTRUCTION has begun production after months of pre-production (basically just me trying to get all the science correct)
